The first step that I-Modified-It takes is to perform a full analysis to see what the homeowner qualifies for under the Home Affordability and Stability Plan. (Obama’s Programs) If you do not qualify under one of Obama’s programs we will then qualify you under one of the banks internal modifications.
- I-Modified-It will give the borrower(s) a proposal showing what the homeowner qualifies (first and second lien holders) for and what your negotiator will be sending to the bank.
