The ''Waterfront Corner Suite'' comes with a king bed master bedroom and a master bathroom that are worth fighting over. [[Image:Suite_bathroom.jpg|left|thumb|175px|One heck of a water closet]] While the suite's registration defaults to the Eleven Eleven Club president's name, he generously has decided to put this suite up for grabs via a raffle-auction.  That's right, '''''you''''' could be the happy occupant of this ''Waterfront Corner Suite'' master bedroom and bath, beginning at 12:12 AM on Saturday.  Here's how the raffle-auction will work:

The ''Waterfront Corner Suite'' comes with a king bed master bedroom and a master bathroom that are worth fighting over. [[Image:Suite_bathroom.jpg|left|thumb|175px|One heck of a water closet]] The Eleven Eleven Club president Trent Van Doren has foot the bill ($1,032) for the master suite and the adjoining two-bed room, which will be sublet from the Van Dorens by the Kohses for $294.  We're estimating the rack-rate value of the master suite bedroom/bath at $400, so that leaves $338 as the net value for group use of the community space in the suite that evening.  About $20 of the $33 "hospitality fee" will go toward covering that $338 balance, with the remaining $13 helping to defray costs for the food and bar amenities.  (Should we have a surplus of guests covering all costs, the overage money will -- at the vote of the guests -- either be refunded on a pro-rated basis or pooled together to add more money to the 11:11 PM roulette bet.

# Every couple or guest that ''has reserved their own room'' may enter the raffle-auction.  Each reserved room will pay a non-refundable $33 stake to enter the raffle.  (This fee will go toward compensating the pre-paid cost of the Suite.)

There is one pull-out queen sofa-bed in the suite's community space.  Contact Trent (roulette11 ('''at''') aol ('''dot''') com) if you are interested in subletting that space, and the club will adjust the hospitality fee accordingly.

# Each stake will place three single-unit bets on one digital roulette spin (which will be executed in the Suite at 9:11 PM Friday).  For example, Anne and Todd might select "black", 17-20 split, and the 34 street for their three bets; while Ed and Jen might place all three bets on the number 19.

 

The ''Waterfront Corner Suite'' closes to club visitors at 12:12 AM on Saturday.  Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

# That claimant then has the immediate option of auctioning off the claim to the master bedroom and bath to the highest cash bidder (who must have participated in the raffle).  The claimant then either accepts the bid and transfers the claim to the highest bidder, or rejects all bids and keeps the master suite.

# The final possessor of the master suite then immediately swaps room keys with the president of the Eleven Eleven Club, so that he and his spouse will have a place to sleep.  (With that in mind, we ask that all who intend to participate in the master suite raffle-auction at 9:11 PM, please keep your own room in a tidy fashion until that point, and do not disturb the bedding, as it is possible that the club president will be sleeping in your room, while you enjoy the splendor of the ''Waterfront Corner Suite''.
