I think it's okay to post pages that you made elsewhere, as long as you have rights to do so, and that the pages don't violate our own [[Help:General_disclaimer|terms of service]]. Payment for wiki-gnoming can be via PayPal.com, or via a mailed commercial check drawn in US dollars on a US bank.
