I burned the MyWikiBiz recent changes RSS at FeedBurner yesterday.

It's not very pretty but since Google acquired FeedBurner they have added many features. Every '''30 minutes''' FeedBurner scans your RSS for changes. If you activate PingShot you get automatic pinging to all these services:
