MBG Expense Management (MBG) is telecom expense management company located in New York The company was founded in 1989 under the name MBG Telecom Software and later changed its name to MBG, Inc. After its acquisition of Creative Cost Management in 2006, the company changed its name to MBG Expense Management, LLC. The company was founded by Michael B. Greenspan, who remains as the current CEO and whose initials bear the company name.
MBG delivers its software solution to clients as a hosted, on-demand solution or as a full business process outsource to Fortune 1000 organizations. Its solution is developed on the Microsoft .Net platform and has received SAS 70 Type II certification. Serving as an integrated solution, the MBG platform provides provisioning, inventory, invoice bill presentation, invoice processing, chargeback, and business intelligence capabilities that facilitate the management of enterprise communications. This solution centralizes the management of telecom expenses across large organizations providing true visibility into overall expenses. To consolidate invoices and overall management, the MBG can accept billing feeds from over 100 telecom vendors and normalizes the data. The MBG solution also has incorporated eBonding technology that enables clients to order services directly with carriers ordering systems and maintain up-to-date inventories.
