Wikipedia's most viewed pages

The English Wikipedia project maintains server records of pageview (traffic) statistics. This page tallies the 25 most-viewed article pages on Wikipedia, by month, while removing the superfluous pages that users end up viewing as a result of landing on an unintended page (such as "wiki", "Wikipedia", "search", etc.).

August 2011

In August 2011, the Wikipedia main page received 130.5 million page views. The "404 error" page received 8.5 million views. The page for "wiki" received just under 3 million views. "Search" had almost 2.6 million views. The remaining top 25 intentional content pages were:
