This is capitalistic. It is meant to garner profit.
It is differentiated from other wiki-business-like projects in that it is intended to become brick-and-mortar.
The brand is open. Anyone can tag anything as made by Yummy Enterprises.
But you cannot limit others' use of the brand.
Do not detract from the brand. That is, build positive brand value.
Not only is it meant to create profit and value for customers/investors/participants and what not, but it is also meant to create a positive net value for society.
