:The official [[Special:Attributes|attribute]] style is all uppercase. We're just getting started on [[Special:Relations|relations]], which is why some are upper and others are upper/lower. When referenced within text/infoboxes, they follow existing wiki convention ie first word converts to upper case, while remaining need to be of the same case (upper or lower).
