'''Nikki (Watland) Turcotte''' - is also a lifelong Brainerd resident.  She has proven herself as an effective, resourceful, and knowledgeable individual that knows the market and adds a personal touch to a transaction. Nikki is a Bemidji State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration, which assists her in all aspects of her life. Nikki began working in the family businesses at the early age of 11.  She learned quickly that to be successful you have to do whatever it takes and that is what she strives to do.
 
Nikki’s experience with real estate started at the age of 18 when she purchased her first house.  After getting it just the way she wanted it, she turned it over to renters, and took on the landlord role as she attended college.  A year later it was time to sell and reinvest. This new transaction led to the purchase of three four-plexes.   For the next four years Nikki and her father owned/managed these properties.
