Clint Nelson – Started his career in real estate in 1976. In two years he has quickly exceeded the 52 agents he worked with by over twice the number of sales volume. Since then he has never looked back. Clint leads the Brainerd Lakes Area Market for over 25 years. Clint sets the pace.
Clint’s dedication to our area is indicated by his involvement in the community. He has been President of the Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corp (BLADC), is a member of the AAD Temple, and has been a director of a commercial bank.

Jeff is involved in single-family home sales has been an asset to the community by teaching “Home Stretch” for Central Minnesota Housing Partnership in Crow Wing, Morrison and Aitkin counties. This gave Jeff the opportunity to work with future homeowners teaching them the basics and fundamentals of homeownership. Jeff also teaches the basics of purchasing a home using all types of lending programs such as RD, CASA, MNCDC, DETED and numerous others to help people gain and maintain stable home ownership. Andy Hayes - Born and raised in Baxter, Andy has always had a very strong interest in real estate, so becoming a Realtor was an obvious choice. Holly (Johnson) Connaker - After many successful years selling optical networking technology and launching life-saving, blockbuster pharmaceutical products, Holly decided it was time for a new challenge and Real Estate is her vehicle of choice. In 2005, she began her career in real estate working for a successful real estate broker in the Twin Cities then returned to the Brainerd Lakes Area to carve out her own niche and raise her family in a community that she loves.
Customer service and attention to detail have always come easy for Holly. Growing up on a family-owned resort has enabled Holly to truly understand the value of real estate. At a young age Holly was introduced to various real estate transactions from Contract for Deed to various buyers financing. She has successfully negotiated hundreds of sales for buyers and sellers in her career as a real estate agent. Holly is extremely dedicated to all of her current and past clients and takes pride in helping people achieve the American Dream.
Education and professionalism are important aspects to a client's real estate experience, which is another area in which Holly shines. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Psychology from William Woods University, a private women's college. She has always been a driver and completed her degree in 3 ½ years. She also has extensive training in the areas of sales, negotiating, conflict management and marketing through her 10-year tenure in Corporate America. Holly continues to increase her real estate knowledge with additional courses through the Greater Lakes Area Association of REALTORS®, of which she is a member, continuing education courses and constant market analysis of the area. Holly is an active member of Sertoma (Rookie of the Year 2005-2006), Lake Country Connections BNI, Greater Lakes Area REALTORS Association (President) and the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.

Nikki (Watland) Turcotte - is also a lifelong Brainerd resident. She has proven herself as an effective, resourceful, and knowledgeable individual that knows the market and adds a personal touch to a transaction. Nikki is a Bemidji State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration, which assists her in all aspects of her life. Nikki began working in the family businesses at the early age of 11. She learned quickly that to be successful you have to do whatever it takes and that is what she strives to do.
Nikki’s experience with real estate started at the age of 18 when she purchased her first house. After getting it just the way she wanted it, she turned it over to renters, and took on the landlord role as she attended college. A year later it was time to sell and reinvest. This new transaction led to the purchase of three four-plexes. For the next four years Nikki and her father owned/managed these properties. We have found that telling Nikki once is all it takes to have a problem solved. Serving others is where she likes to concentrate. In her eyes, “There is nothing like seeing the genuine appreciation of a satisfied client.”
