Since 2008, has served up over 1 million page views. Get started authoring your legacy today!

Helpful tips

Here are some tips on how to create a Directory listing and take advantage of the semantic web features we have in place:

  • You may write as an opinionated advocate in the Directory -- neutral view is not required. You can sell products, promote videos, upload documents, even host your own Google AdSense ads. This auto-fill form will guide you through creating a very basic directory listing right now.
  • Because MyWikiBiz supports Semantic Web technology, search engine results are highly optimized. Internal searches can also be performed that wouldn't be possible on Google, MySpace, or Wikipedia.

A few favorite pages that might help acquaint a new user with the possibilities are found among the Demonstration links, or in these articles written by independent reviewers.

Garreth, I don't know if you've noticed, but there are a number of political listings that have been created which might be of interest to you. We think that as the 2008 campaign really gets underway, Centiare will become an excellent resource in which to present candidate/party platforms, create/distribute different media components (since we handle graphics & YouTube) and perform other important election functions. Let me know if you have any questions/comments. Snerfling 09:28, 3 March 2007 (PST)

Have you seen this discussion regarding Centiare's planned marketing awareness program? I'd be interested in hearing any comments/observations you may have. Snerfling 07:39, 5 March 2007 (PST)

I fixed your refs. It was of the minor tedious types - cite web changed to cite "news". A bit like the flavor v. flavour controversy but not to worry. If you have any other questions drop me a line anytime. Garrett 18:06, 8 March 2007 (PST)

As a prominent legal guy I was wondering if you would take a look at my new venture "Lawyer Central. I started the service because lawyers average 1.50 per ad click opposed to a measely 15 cents for my other ads. But it's growing on me, I'd like to add all the lawyers coming into centiare into the service. Garrett 19:07, 8 March 2007 (PST)

Dual Citizen

Garreth, would you like us to rename (move) this listing to "Directory:Dual Citizen"? Snerfling 16:50, 10 March 2007 (PST)

That would be great (you mean Consulting to Directory:Dual Citizen Consulting?). Bnagroup 19:03, 10 March 2007 (PST)
Yes. Do you want to keep the 'consulting' part as is, or remove? Snerfling 07:41, 11 March 2007 (PDT)
I think it makes sense to keep the Consulting--that is actually what I call my niche: Dual Citizenship Consulting (a fusion of legal work with forensic genealogy). Thanks again! BTW, I have a several lines of business that each have their own separate websites so I hope that it's ok for each to have their own listing. Bnagroup 18:15, 11 March 2007 (PDT)
It's more than OK, it's actively solicited. Our goal is to create a D&B type of Web 3.0 business directory. We have some ACR tags that help organize & manage user multi-listings as well. You might want to check out Garrett's page to see how they work; afterwards, I can help you pull them together if needed. Snerfling 07:21, 12 March 2007 (PDT)
