==AN ESSAY DESCRIBING OUR PRINCIPLES==
 +
(The following is adapted from ''Wikipedia Review'' host, "Somey".)
 +
One thing we here at MyWikiBiz, and indeed all user-interactive websites, have in common with Wikipedia is that each person who contributes is, in technical and business terms, an ''account''. People have come to accept this term and take it for granted, but what does it actually ''mean''? Why not call accounts "people" or "profiles" or "member records"?
 +
 +
"Account" is the business term for an ''interest'', or more accurately, an entity who maintains a discrete set of interests, which may or may not be in conflict with those of other entities. But an account also represents an ''investment'' by the business. That investment may be practically infinitesimal in many cases, but what it essentially means is that we, the website, have accepted the risk that you, the account, will be of no (or even negative) value to us, in exchange for the potential you represent as a ''contributor''. You, as a contributor, are meant to benefit by having a reasonably stable and (arguably) well-managed place to express yourself before the public, and if you so choose, earn money for your significant content.
 +
 +
In other words, to us, each account represents a ''value proposition'', and this is measured in terms of a ''balance'', which you should think of as a kind of ledger entry. A value proposition often involves a ''cost-benefit analysis'' to determine that balance, but for most MyWikiBiz members, the analysis is essentially unnecessary, because the cost of our dealing with accounts and the people who operate them is very low -- and it really doesn't take much effort on the account-holder's part to add value to the site.
 +
 +
However, if you instead elect to make a disturbing spectacle of apparent mental breakdown against our having to constantly monitor everything you post, in case it just causes everyone a lot of annoyance, which means the cost-benefit ratio is going in the wrong direction, then you will be asked to stop.  If you continue, then your account will be blocked.
