Due Diligence is the process of business investigation into a number of practices, entities, or people. The most common form of due diligence is when a company seeks to acquire or merge with another company and needs to get its valuations in order. However, Merger & Acquisition Due Diligence is not the only form: Due Diligence can also be conducted in relation to legal, litigation, environmental, executive, management, investment, tax, IT, intellectual property, immigration, or philanthropic queries. In its broadest term, Due Diligence is described as the process of discovery and disclosure in research of a business, investment, or individual.

Shortly after V-Rooms launched it struck a deal with GW Equity (now Generational Equity) Jan. 2008. It picked up Asplundh in Jan 2008.
