== Xbox Wireless Adapter Alternatives ==
In the fall of 2007 Brian Kurtz attempted to connect his Xbox 360 console to the internet without using a wireless adapter by following some online instructions that he discovered on the internet. Unfortunately, the outlined steps didn't work which led to hours of frustration. In the end he developed his own method and produced a video that outlined a better and easier way to connect to Xbox Live without the Microsoft wireless adapter. The video series was made available at his website NoAdapterNeeded.com in November of 2007. To date, over 500 people have successfully used the methods taught in the online course.
