− | :Yes, I think that a message board works best, as then you can easily see who has said what. The main issue at Wikipedia Review always related to what was wiped (there was only ever one administrator who was at fault here) and why. Messages should only be wiped if they are illegal, end of story. Anything else should remain. Moderation is important, of course, and there is a need to have forums for moderators and established users. The main issue with WR was that it was taken over by people who were not involved in its beginning, hence it stopped being what it originally was. The concept itself is sound.
