==Fantasy rosters for October==
With October fast approaching, next week we'll be throwing up new players to choose from for the subsequent four weeks. That means two new QBs, RBs, and WRs. If we were to take the league leaders (currently) in each category, that would mean:
:*QBs -- Jon Kitna (Detroit) and Carson Palmer (Cincinnati)
:*RBs -- Willie Parker (Pittsburgh) and LaMont Jordan (Oakland)
:*WRs -- Chad Johnson (Cincinnati) and Randy Moss (New England)

:For running backs, the guys at the top could be from one big week and sucking the rest of the time(see Jamal Lewis #3), plus Jordan is going to lose some carries once Rhodes finishes serving his suspension. I'd like to see the rookie face off Marshawn Lynch vs Adrian Peterson (of the Vikings, not the Bears backup). Or maybe the third year running backs Cedric Benson vs Cadillac Williams.
:For QB, no offense to the Lions as they are likely to kick my beloved Bears ass this week, but i'd rather match up Tom Brady vs Carson Palmer. Or we could go "battle of the old guy that should retire while they are in Florida" -- Trent Green vs. Jeff Garcia.

:::However, in looking at the rookie RBs, there was just too much "gap" in their numbers -- I think everyone would have picked Peterson. Likewise, too much difference between Moss and Williams, and between Brady and Palmer. So, I've decided to go with QBs Favre and Romo (a compelling story of age vs. youth); RBs Henry and Jordan (another contrast which I'll document by e-mail); and WRs Williams and Cotchery (only 6 yards separating them). --[[User:MyWikiBiz|MyWikiBiz]] 05:51, 2 October 2007 (PDT)
