Ellie R. Amirova was born in Russia. In 2013, she studied modern clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine (Herbs and Acupuncture) at the Chengdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu, China.
In 2015, she obtained a DAOM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, United States.
In 2017, she graduated with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
