Roger is an experienced entrepreneur that is skilled in assembling, leading, and inspiring talented team members. He co-founded Integro Ltd., an insurance brokerage company – the largest US venture capital deal of 2005. At Integro, he created and launched Hedge Shield®, a new insurance product that protects hedge fund investors against fraud. Roger started his career in investment banking at Bank of America in NY. He then joined Omega Capital, a hedge fund based in Madrid. Education: University of Pennsylvania – BA in Economics, INSEAD MBA.
