This kid, as many other Wikipedia users has became a victim of bullying that is allowed on the site that belongs to non-profit charitable organization tax-exempt organization [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation the Wikimedia Foundation]. The scariest part is that the Wikimedia Foundation was aware about Gwen Gale bullying before the latest incident, and did nothing. The 16-years old kid sustained irreversible emotional damage and the Wikimedia Foundation bears a full responsibility for allowing this to happen.
