Looks like a mistaken duplicate account (with a lower-case "l") was [http://www.centiare.com/index.php?title=User:Jerry_lavoie&action=edit made here]. :We don't make distinctions between unactivated user accounts, whether resulting from incorrect/invalid email addresses, etc. It always dangerous to actually "delete" database records; they really don't take up any space, so it's better to leave them alone.
