Douglas F Millington, CP LLC started business in [[1990]] in a home office on Garrison Street, NW in Washington, DC. The business moved in [[1995]] to it's present location in Columbia, MD, and for three years maintained a separate office in Colesville, MD then moved back in [[2010]] to its present location in Columbia, MD.
