:::My feeling at this point is that we're dealing with a market awareness issue, not a usability problem. I should mention that we have a custom user class called '''''vusers''''' that gives them the ability to make edits of directory listings without impacting their overall protection scheme. In this way, we have a couple of wikipedians helping out by providing editing services to others that don't have the skills necessary to pull together a really professional looking listing.
