The '''delivery chain''' describes the process of delivering [[product (business)|products]] or services or content from its creators to the end-users. The delivery chain is only as strong as its weakest link. If a supplier has quality control problems, this will adversely impact the manufacturer, which will disrupt the smooth flow of product to the marketplace. In the modern era of interactive content, the delivery chain can become more of a peer-to-peer process, such that a content delivery chain is no longer one-way, but becomes a loop instead -- end-users feeding content back into the delivery chain.
