Wikipedia editor Juliancolton was 15 years old in November 2009 (evidence of that was self-provided at the time by Juliancolton on the website VirtualTeen.org; the age info and his account name were later modified (http://www.webcitation.org/5lPccIJ8q ), but more than 20 old posts still show Juliancolton's original screen name -- http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%2Bjuliancolton+site%3Avirtualteen.org+&aq=f ).

This screen-capture grab indicates that Juliancolton, as a minor (under age 18) volunteer administrator of Wikimedia Commons, was active in management of a pornographic picture file that was eventually deleted from Wikimedia servers (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Image:Masturbating_Amy.jpg_2nd_nomination ), as it was questionable whether or not the photo's subject was herself a child. (No model release form or proof of age accompanied the photo's provenance.) Because the photo was deleted from Wikimedia Commons, the file history you see here is only available to Commons administrators.
