Aerospace Manufacturing
QuEST focuses on expanding its support base to Aerospace Manufacturing Industry, by offering ready to fit aerospace precision machined parts. The facility with capacity of over 45000 hrs/year is equipped with state-of-the art machinery for the manufacturing of precision machined aero engines and aero structure components to adhere to the stringent quality standards of the Aerospace industry.
Automotive Manufacturing
QuEST has expertise in automotive manufacturing and precision manufacturing of fully finished components, kits and sub-systems of engine, transmission and braking systems made from castings, forgings and bar stocks. The facility focuses on the manufacturing of precision machined components up to 500 mm3 envelope, structural components up to 700 mm length and precision turned components with up to 400 mm diameter and 650 mm length
Industrial Products
In the industrial equipment manufacturing domain, QuEST's expertise lies in sourcing of large castings, forgings, power generation equipment like hydro, steam and gas turbines for the process industry. It also supplies materials like high alloy steels, grey cast, iron, aluminium, and zinc alloy castings. QuEST also specializes in precision machining of instrumentation equipment components and pressure die castings, gravity die castings and machining of components for industrial applications.
Special Processing
QuEST is setting up a first of its kind independent special processing facility in a joint venture with Magellan aerospace. This is in line with QuEST’s vision to become an end to end product development solutions provider to the global aerospace market. This will provide global aerospace OEMs access to a supply chain within India as well as help meet their offset requirements.
Integrated Product Development
QuEST Design and Build capabilities for integrated product development include end-to-end support in test rigs, machining center fixtures and tooling, turning center fixtures and tooling and low cost automation and gages. We are specialized in designing and building of hydraulic test rigs for Aerospace and Automotive applications, turnkey solutions for tooling up 3, 4, 5 axis machining centers, turn mill centers from design to manufacturing including testing and commissioning.
