EmoTrance, created by Silvia Hartmann is a healing technique which is designed to unblock trapped energy within a persons Energy (esotericism) System.
History
Hartmann began her research into Energy Therapy in the late 1990's, focusing mainly on Emotional Freedom Techniques. Her 5 year research project culminated in the creation of EmoTrance. Nicola Quinn was also involved in the creation of EmoTrance. 3 extensive books written by Silvia Hartmann are available on the subject.[1]
EmoTrance has been described by The Association of Merdian Energy Therapists[2] as "a set of simple yet profound tools and techniques pioneered by Dr Silvia Hartmann, PhD and Nicola Quinn for working with the human energetic emotional systems. EmoTrance throws away the old maps, rituals and eliminates guesswork by asking the client to show them literally where the energetic emotional disturbance takes place."[3]
