Contemporary Art Gallery in Bristol

Courtyard Gallery is Bristol's latest roaming contemporary art gallery, no longer at 4.12 but still at Paintworks - Bristol's creative quarter at Arnos Vale; we are now open by appointment at 4.22. Started over 10 years ago in Hampshire, owner Tina Brown brings exciting new contemporary art, artists and makers to Bristol.

"I aim to continue the gallery's ethos of supporting, promoting and showing work by local artists. With this in mind, I'm actively looking for artists in the Bristol area to expand our diverse body of creatives".

We run 'meet the artists' evening - a chance to talk to artists and see their work in a relaxed and informal way - an interesting and different opportunity for someone considering a purchase or anyone with a general interest in contemporary art.
