In logic and mathematics, a parametric operator \(\Omega\!\) with parameter \(\alpha\!\) in the parameter set \(\Alpha\!\) is an indexed family of operators \((\Omega_{\alpha})_{\Alpha} = \{\Omega_{\alpha} : \alpha \in \Alpha\}\) with index \(\alpha\!\) in the index set \(\Alpha\!\).
