Even though it may seem non-intuitive, at first, to place governments in the Directory namespace, at the end of the day, these public entities most definitely have ''pride of ownership'' about their towns and are possessive about their economics, history, etc.

:I guess we can monitor the situation if users post info to the Main page for places like NYC, but then again, when does it fall under the purview of the visitor&conference bureau?
