Real Estate has been used throughout the industrial age and beyond for personal financial gain and financial independence.
The term real estate, as commonly used, has two meanings. First, it is a name given to the commodity "realty," which includes land and all human improvements that have been placed on the land. Second, it is the name given to the business engaged in by those persons who conduct commercial transactions in real estate.
