Our staff has built, installed, and serviced thousands of robot systems & knows how to make you productive. The ideal timing for training is before your system ships, at your facility following installation, or as part of a new employee training program. In depth training on Rimrock & robotic equipment is available for operators, engineers, maintenance, & trainers.
Industrial Robot Training Options
- Operator- Training on use of a Rimrock automation system. This training is customized to your Rimrock system to provide your operators with a thorough knowledge of normal operations, error messages, & system recovery techniques. Highly recommended training when installing a new robotic system.
- Programming– Rimrock can assist in training your staff in proper robot programming techniques. Topics can include creating & maintaining operation or process programs, coding structure techniques, controlling peripheral equipment, & offline robot programming. Robot training classes can be arranged at Rimrock, your plant, or one of the robot manufacturer’s training centers.
- Robot Maintenance– Training on mechanical & electrical maintenance of industrial robots & controllers. The mechanical maintenance course focuses on disassembly, reassembly, & preventive maintenance procedures of a specific model of robotic arm. The electrical service course teaches electrical components identification, troubleshooting procedures, and the theory of operation. Robot training classes can be arranged at Rimrock, your plant, or one of the robot manufacturer’s training centers.
- Safety– Robot safety training in the RIA 15.06 robot safety standard will aid in the design of compliant robot systems, safety circuits, & safeguarding equipment.
