Although it ''does'' appear to sort when you query ''only'' those philosophers who have ccmp (i.e. use the + option) Since every philosopher will by definition have a rating (0 if they are not mentioned at all) probably doesn't make sense to use set number of digits (unless you recommend otherwise).
