Welcome to the Courtney House website. We aim to offer affordable, fully serviced office solutions in a friendly working atmosphere here in the heart of Luton.
History
Courtney House is a former hat factory situated just two minute's walk from Luton Central Railway Station. Thameslink and Midland Mainline services can connect you with London's impressive new St.Pancras International (Eurostar) in just 26 minutes, and the North of England is easily accessible too. Luton Airport is only a 10 minute drive away and can also be reached by a rail/shuttle bus service.
Luton is and always has been a thriving town steeped in history and famous for its industry, airport, football club and university.
Situated in an original part of the town centre, we are now benefiting from a regeneration scheme and general private and public investment, bringing us in-line with the proposed station development nearby.
Serviced Offices
Courtney House has 9 rentable offices on two floors, varying in suitability from single occupancy to larger offices for up to 6 people, and ready to move into whenever you are (subject to availability). The atmosphere here is relaxed and friendly, balanced with a professional working environment.

Meeting Facilities
As well as two communal reception areas, there is an inclusive meeting room available for unlimited use.
Booking the meeting room in advance couldn't be simpler- simply enter the required date/s and time/s (subject to availability) in the diary in the upstairs reception. There is no extra charge for use of the meeting room (same goes for the copier and fax), but obviously common sense and courteousness of its use are appreciated. It should be left as clean and tidy as it is found, as should all communal areas and facilities.
