The Initial focus was on selling only kids related products at low prices to get higher volume sales at a lower-profit margin. She use unique idea of selling product with name of two imaginary Super Kids Melvin the Super Boy and Riowe the Super Girl. This ideas become extremely hit and kids items with name Melvin and Riowe become major attraction among kids , but yet low prices in compare to other similar brand name.She passed on the savings in the product pricing.
First 6 month sales was recorded whopping 50% more of estimated revenue target . Later name has been changed in Year 2011 as Me-OweMart.
On Nov 2011 Shruti' opened the another Me-OweMart Discount store located at Sec 5 , Gurgaon. Within Next Six months the company expanded to 14 stores across Gurgaon' , MP and UP. These services are offered through collaboration with Leading Insurance company which have considerable experience and expertise in managing different portfolio and customer’ requirements. It also help the clients to assess their problem areas and suggest them with logical as well as cost effective solutions.
On April 3 , Me-OweMart announced plans to launch mission 100 ( Open 100 Store in Fiscal Year 2013-2014) nationwide . New store will be open as revenue share model with investors and entrepreneur.
