The page here shows elementary formatting using the == sign to distinguish the main sections, and the === sign for subsections. If you click on the history button you can see who has made the changes, which is very useful for collaborative work, and even better if you click on the 'last' button of the edit history you can see what is called a 'diff', which tells you exactly what the change is.
