Seth Farbman is an American entrepreneur based in New York City, United States.[1] He is best known for founding the companies Vstock Transfer,[2] Vcheck Global, and eSignature Guarantee.
Career
Prior to his career as an entrepreneur, Farbman served as a securities attorney in New York City. He also founded Vintage Filings and later sold it in 2007 to PR Newswire.[3]
He was also the Chairman of Vcorp Services,[4][5] which he founded in 2008 and sold to Wolters Kluwer in 2016.
In 2011, he co-founded Vstock Transfer, a stock transfer agent company, and also Vcheck Global, background and due diligence service provider, in 2013.[6] One of Vstock Transfer's divisions is Vtoken.[7][8][9]
In 2015, Farbman founded eSignature Guarantee[10][11][12] with Yoel Goldfeder and Moshe Joshua.[13] The company offers medallion signature guarantees.[14]
To date, Farbman has serviced over 3,000 publicly trade companies over the past 15 years.[15]

Farbman was born in Brooklyn, New York City. He currently has seven children and resides in Woodmere, New York.[22]
