Lotter Died December 31 2008, Serving During so called Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He was 20, came from Chester Heights, PA.; was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; died Dec. 31 in Balad, Iraq, of wounds sustained when he was shot by a sniper in Tikrit, Saddam's home town.
