If you put in coordinates for ICR, then we can check the triple-search facility to see if it produces accurate results as the granularity of specific locations is reduced (ie scope out). I'm thinking I may have to reclassify lat/long from strings to integers so that the attributes can be searched as a range of numeric values (like population).
