User-owned pages are articles/pages created and managed within the Centiare Directory namespace by the rightful, legal owner(s) of an enterprise, name, organization, etc.
- User-owned pages in the Directory namespace are protected from editing and modification other than by page owners and other approved users.
- User-owned pages within the Directory namespace are free to present advocate points-of-view (APOV).
