MEATandTHREE.com is an online directory that is devoted to cafes, restaurants and diners in the United States that serve a menu item consisting of one meat and three vegetables (commonly called "sides"). These restaurants are commonly referred to as "meat and threes" and the typical southern comfort food they offer is often called a "blue plate special" or "daily lunch plate". The company's web site includes its own official definition [1], as generated by the company's founder, Phil Roberson.
