Reveal Real Estate aims to improve the transparency of the international real estate market in Central America by putting data in the hands of property investors. Official statistics are not published and there is no MLS making it hard to investor to find market comps to drive their investment strategy.
The site aims to fill this information gap for master planned communities in Panama, Belize, Costa Rica and Nicaragua by providing median price data, market comps, map based search and information on sustainable development initiatives. Reveal Real Estate also collects reviews of 'property hotspots' direct from real estate investors in the region.
