Boxing

I would like to nominate Boxing for ERB. Garrett

ERB articles are primarily academic. It's where we plan on placing & protecting published research papers. ERB provides both author attribution and avoids the types of edits/reverts/deletions taking place at Wikipedia. Snerfling 15:38, 11 February 2007 (PST)
Garrett, the fact the first few sentences of your Boxing article mimic those in Wikipedia's article of the same subject would present Centiare with all kinds of GFDL licensing and copyright problems, if we were to "protect" the contribution from further editing. It looks like you've implemented the "Aficionados" section nicely, so this will hopefully be sufficient reward for your helpful efforts on Boxing. If you see my article about Naval architecture in the Industrial Age, this was written from scratch as a take-home "mid-term exam" essay during my graduate studies. Thus, it's entirely my own work, and therefore presents no problem with "protection" outside the bounds of the GFDL. You know how Wikipedia has a rule about "no original research"? Well, the ERB is actually looking for it. --MyWikiBiz 10:12, 12 February 2007 (PST)
