The Folsom Prison Gang is America's leading Johnny Cash Tribute Band located in Bostic, North Carolina. The Folsom Prison Gang is an entertainment services company that typically performs at festivals, fairs, theaters and corporate events throughout the Southeast and East Coast regions. In 2011 the band released an album titled "Cash Only" which is a collection of 10 of their favorite Johnny Cash songs which they covered in their own style. History

The Folsom Prison Gang started business in 2007 by performing shows at local festivals in the Western North Carolina area. As popularity of the band increased, performances quickly expanded into surrounding areas eventually encompassing the entire Southeast region of the United States. The band has a solid reputation of performing top-notch shows in this region and is expected to continue expanding this reputation into more venues in the Southeast and beyond.

In 2011 the band started working on a album project that they eventually released on April 22, 2011. The album, titled "Cash Only", is a collection of 10 of their favorite Johnny Cash songs that they covered in a Rockabilly/Swing style heavily influenced by the styles of the original songs and styles present during their initial release (1950's). The album is available online at most online music stores and has seen a number of favorable reviews posted online from various bloggers and publications.
