BIO: Peter Zuvela was born in Fremantle , Australia. In 1998 he received an Advanced Diploma of Photography from Perth TAFE. Since graduation he has exhibited in a large number of shows and worked as a freelance Photographer/Artist and Teacher from the J Shed Art Studio on Bathers Beach – Fremantle.

At present Peter is combining his freelance photographic work with teaching photography part-time at Fremantle Art Centre and J Shed. He also conducts Saturday morning Digital photography tours of Fremantle (Alfonso Calero photography tours) and a yearly photography tour of the Croatian Islands (including Fremantle’s sister city Korcula).

His interests are fine art landscape photography and alternative cityscape art photography. He is also very interested in history and is at present researching and exploring the family’s Croatian heritage through the medium of photography.

He will be exhibiting at KIDOGO Arthouse in the 2012 Foto Freo festival Fringe with an exhibition titled “In search of the Ancestors”.
