In an industry that’s moving toward more automation and away from personal interaction, we maintain our commitment to being available and attentive to our clients. It’s not unusual for some carriers to assign 50-100 accounts to a client service representative. This translates to an average of less than three hours of actual account management service per month. That’s not acceptable by our standards.

At FSI we deliberately keep our client to account manager ratio low so that we can deliver the hands-on service we’re known for. This ratio sometimes varies slightly based on client size and complexity, but it never goes over 10 clients to 1 consultant.
