Us2 LLC a production company in Omaha, Nebraska is the home of Buddy G - My Two Moms and Me, the first children's animated cartoon series starring a character with two parents of the same gender.

Buddy G - My Two Moms and Me, featuring sate of the art 3-D animation, will premiere with the release of a DVD ready for delivery prior to Christmas of 2007.

The star of the cartoon is "Buddy G," a five year old boy who solves daily problems with the help of his sidekick "Socrates," an armband computer with Internet capabilities. In addition to Buddy G's 2 moms, the cartoon includes a 7 year old next door neighbor "Owen," who is fascinated with Elvis. In this premiere episode, The Lost Rings, the boys learn the value of being truthful while picking up some facts from Socrates about the science of metal detectors.

This is a historic development in children's entertainment. While today's children have ready access to literature depicting families headed by parents of the same gender, only "Postcards from Buster" has ever attempted to depict a same sex couple as parents in an animated cartoon.

Postcards from Buster, is a PBS show that contains both cartoon animation and real-life individuals. [1] In one episode "Sugartime" Buster traveled to Vermont and while there met some children with lesbian parents. The lesbian couple spurred such controversy that PBS decided not to distribute the episode.
