As well as two communal reception areas, there is an inclusive meeting room available for unlimited use.
Booking the meeting room in advance couldn't be simpler- simply enter the required date/s and time/s (subject to availability) in the diary in the upstairs reception. There is no extra charge for use of the meeting room (same goes for the copier and fax), but obviously common sense and courteousness of its use are appreciated.
