Syncrony acquires FourWays IT
As of August 2009, Syncrony Pty Ltd., the web design and custom software specialist, will acquire full control over the business and all operations of FourWaysIT, a web and hosting specialist.
Dr Howard Rybko, CEO at Syncrony said the that the takeover "will increase our web design customer base and we are confident that our content management skills will provide the existing FourWaysIT base with an enhanced service. We will push our expertise in online marketing into the new base and expect a rapid transfer of benefits,“
