Bytronics Computers Limited was incorporated in May 1991, but became operational in January 1992. The objectives among others being to provide computer consultancy and training. In January 1994, Bytronics Computers Limited obtained the agency for the marketing, sale and service of weighing scales manufactured by SALTER Weigh-Tronix of United Kingdom and Scaletronic of Denmark. In order to effect the agency a trading name, Bytronics Weigh Scales was registered.
