Sam Blacketer was the pseudonym used by David Boothroyd to perpetrate a widely-reported sockpuppeting scandal on Wikipedia. Boothroyd had used three other names on Wikipedia: Dbiv, Fys, and DavidBoothroyd (his real name). A timeline of the events is available here.
